Returns/ Exchanges/Refunds

 Due to the nature of our products we do NOT accept returns, exchanges on body care/skin care, hair accessories, head gear, face mask or any other item that directly comes in contact with skin. Refunds are not issued unless there is an issue on our end. Please contact us immediately via email if there is a problem with your order.

You MUST contact us within 24 hours upon order arrival. 








Pick up


ALL Orders must be placed via website. NO Dm's ( Direct Messages) via social accounts !!!!

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a "Pick up" confirmation requesting a desired meeting time

at a specific location ( Chesapeake, VA 23324). 

Pick Up payments are accepted via Cash App, Paypal, Directly through the website, with a credit/debit card, Or you may pay cash!



 Every Tuesday is shipping day!

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 5-7 days for shipping Via USPS with a Tracking #. 

Creative Xpressionz is NOT Responsible for incorrect shipping information, mis-delivery carrier errors, lost, damaged or held packages* 

Please be sure to double check your information and address before submitting your order. We do NOT modify addresses. You will receive a refund for the shipping cost only, the order must be placed again.
